The Central Services Office is responsible for the human resources functions of Faribault County.  We are in charge of developing and administering county personnel polices and procedures; labor relations issues including contract negotiations; and administering the county employees benefits program and the recruitment process for all departments and more.  Our office is located on the lower level of the main courthouse building.
